O Testador Digital de Dureza Vickers SHV-5000M é um dispositivo de teste de dureza de alta precisão que integra óptica, mecânica e eletrônica. Ele utiliza um sistema de controle em malha fechada para controlar com precisão a força de teste, garantindo a repetibilidade e estabilidade dos resultados. Elimina a necessidade de consultas manuais em tabelas e exibe diretamente o comprimento diagonal da indentação, valores de dureza e outros dados, com suporte para medição automática, deslocamento automático da torre e impressão de dados. As principais especificações incluem uma faixa de força de teste de 4,9N a 490N, carregamento automático de força de teste (Carga/Estadia/Descarregamento) e uma ampliação máxima total de 200X.

Característica:
SHV-5000M Digital Testador de dureza Vickers is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
