The Testador de Dureza Digital Vickers SHV-1000M is a high-precision testing device integrating optics, mechanics and electronics. It features a closed-loop force control system, a digital measuring unit that automatically calculates and displays hardness values, supports data saving, printing and transmission, and can be expanded with video measurement capabilities; key parameters include a test force range of 0.3kgf~10kgf, a hardness range of 1HV~3000HV, and a total magnification of 100×/400×.

Característica:
SHV-1000M Digital Testador de dureza Vickers is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
