A SDZXQ-10 Máquina Totalmente Automática de Montagem de Amostras Metalográficas é um dispositivo hidráulico automático avançado de montagem a quente que permite a operação de aquecimento, manutenção de pressão e resfriamento em uma chave via controle programa. Pode ser equipado com 6 moldes longos para montar 12 amostras simultaneamente, melhorando significativamente a eficiência da preparação de amostras em lote. Com uma função de alarme de som e luz que elimina a necessidade de supervisão do operador, além de um sistema automático de abertura da tampa para facilitar a operação, é especialmente adequado para as necessidades de preparação de amostras em massa das indústrias de manufatura. Seus principais parâmetros incluem uma potência de aquecimento de 9kW, uma faixa de temperatura de aquecimento de 50-180°C e um tempo total de ciclo de aproximadamente 15 minutos.

Introdução:
Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation. SDZXQ-10 is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic sample mounting press. The mounting process is controlled by the program, which realizes the one-key operation of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading process. The sample mounting is automatically completed with sound and light alarm function, without the need of the operator on duty.
The machine is equipped with 6 long moulds, which can make 12 samples with the intermediate block at the same time. Corresponding to the number of samples from the automatic grinding and polishing machine on the market, one mounting can meet the requirements of two automatic grinding and polishing machines for rapid preparation of metallographic samples. The machine adopts a high-power hydraulic power unit, heating and cooling device integrated design, simple and efficient structure, complete isolation and safety protection functions. With automatic sliding cover opening and closing system, all the samples can be ejected at one time, eliminating the tedious steps of operating multiple mounting presses to open the cover one by one. The operator only needs to place the sample and add the powder, the rest operation is automatically completed, greatly reducing labor force, especially suitable for manufacturing enterprises to prepare large quantities of mounting samples.
