The ME series tool-maker’s microscope (models ME-300CNC/ME-400CNC) adopts AC servo motor and XYZ axis CNC control, paired with high-precision TBI ground ball screw rod and “Prema” linear scale, achieving a resolution of 0,0001mm and repeatability accuracy of 2μm. Equipped with Sistema óptico de correção de infinito CSIC and 1.3M pixel high-resolution color CCD, it enables non-contact inspection and 2D precision measurement.
